simply don't! I bought my car in August and the second day my tire popped. I was told the tires are brand new which wasn't true - but Zack says 60% profile is "new". I thought I'm smart and purchased a 5 star warranty, but come to find out the warranty doesn't cover any of my car related issues! LOL 3 weeks in, oil pressure too low my engine was overheating. The entire bay way rinsed and for me impossible to see that every single tube was leaking oil - 6k later a shop fixed it for me. In October another issue and it cost me another $500, in November the car needed attention again and I paid $350. My engine light came on yesterday and I need to bring the car in - 4 times in less than 6 month! That's insane. I called Zack for the tire and the first time my car needed to go to the shop. He was yelling at me, hanging up the phone and after I told him I'll get a lawyer involved, he finally agreed to pay me 2k! This car is a complete headache and I won't be able to keep it with all the costs. Regardless to say, I lost money for all the repairs and I will lose more money when I'm selling it.
